Drop `archiver` #123

Replaces #120

It turns out this module already has a capable no-dependencies zip module, so archiver is duplicate.

This PR alone brings the dependency count down from 60 to 22!

Combined with the other 2 PRs… it's 12 dependencies.

I'll merge this PR first, then the other ones, regenerate package-lock.json, and push a new version... soon... 😄
