Deploy via PyPI/conda with jgo #8

This could easily be deployed via conda and jgo, have a lookt at this for inspiration.

This should be a lot easier now, cf https://github.com/saalfeldlab/paintera-cmd and in particular https://github.com/saalfeldlab/paintera-cmd/blob/master/paintera/__init__.py#L1-L21
