Update label multiset and N5 dependencies #281

Closes #279 New versions of the dependencies simplify code for reading/writing label multisets as N5 (now we can use N5Utils for that), and also contain a number of fixes in the label multiset types.

Yes, I tested all basic functionality and it works.
