Clean-up package structure #389

Currently, there are packages that are not sub-packages of org.janelia.saalfeldlab.paintera. This packages were intended to be temporary and should be

  1. removed if obsolete,
  2. moved to an appropriate dependency, e.g. imglib2, or
  3. put into an appropriate sub-package of org.janelia.saalfeldlab.paintera.
