jetty redirect no longer works #144

Hi,

After updating to a newer commit (current ibeam_msem branch, https://github.com/saalfeldlab/render/commit/9f5ca02622b462e91e38c264a9618b32d7724f7a ), I realized that connecting to a fresh server at port 8080 throws a 404 error page.

It seems the automatic redirection to render-ws/view is no longer working.
