Created a new Bootstrap-based design for the Rotten Potatoes site. #34

Several changes were made to the Rotten Potatoes starter code and assignment instructions to reflect a new Bootstrap design.

New instructions from master branch were added through a rebase, then modified appropriately to incorporate Bootstrap.
Bootstrap stylesheet added through link to CDN; previous custom CSS files were deleted.
Code was modified to allow for Bootstrap styling (new div.container enclosing all elements, tables use .table and .table-striped, buttons restyled)
Screenshots in instructions were updated for new design.

Changes were contributed by Adnan Hemani and Srujay Korlakunta, UC Berkeley.

Undid modification previously made in error (removing #movies ID from table in index.html.haml). New solution now passes autograder.
