Implement GetAll
Check for Id
Check for Name uniqueness
Check if Faculty Id and Lector Id exist when creating new Specialty

Faculty and Lector GetAll function is not implemented and cant Check if Faculty Id and Lector Id exist when creating new Specialty. Should I wait for the colleagues to finish it or create it myself?

Good job, Vasil. Actually the idea was to implement this on Tuesday :) We can create missing functionalities on the next exercise. Thanks.
