Add new feature

I used an API to make this app if you want to contribute then you can add a text summary functionality.

API link: https://rapidapi.com/restyler/api/article-extractor-and-summarizer

Here are some tips that can help you in your work

• you need an API key so make sure you have a key from RapidAPI.
• Create a .env.
• Use VITE_RAPID_API_KEY as your API key name.
• use react-router-dom for routing

Make sure after the clone create a new branch with your_name_issue_number

After you are done go to README.md and scroll down then you will see a section for contributors. Copy and paste then follow the instructions there
