Suggestion: make an "exclude media" checkbox #1060

Hi i think it would be useful, expecially for those who, like me, use "frigate", to esclude the media folder from backups. I know i can use the "partial" backup, but that means that when i add another addon, i have to remember to add it to the partial. Instead, an "exclude media" checkbox, would keep the rest of the backup schema up to date with addons.
