Ability to throttle upload speed #366

This way it would be more unnotisable when uploading to google drive.

Could you help me understand a bit about why you would want this? The addon tells you when a snapshot is or isn't uploaded to Drive. Why would you want to slow it down so you could see the upload progress?

When it starts to upload backup it makes the internet extremely slow for some reason. And by unnotisable I meant that it would't destroy internet connection, not that I can monitor the upload. I think that if it would be throttled it would also make connection much better. My network speeds shouldn't be the problem (200/50Mbps).

@Areppa Could you simply schedule the backup to times when your connection is otherwise not in use? There are HA automation ways of manually triggering this addon. How-To Here

The max upstream also cripples my internet completely to the point where I get completely unplayable ping in online games (in the thousands) and almost unable to load websites. Even if I'm not using the internet in the house late at night, someone else here might be.

I'm voting for this feature too - ADSL is crippled when uploads are pushed.
