Crossed random effects in cpglmm #1

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

This may be due to the calculation of the conditional mode for the random
effects!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I saw an estimation of zero for the one variance component.

This is resolved in Version 0.5-1. The defect is the approximated deviance
incorrectly reflected the contribution from the dispersion parameter. This is
not just a cross random effect issue.
