There is an easy to follow tutorial for creating a blog with Saber: https://saber.land/tutorial/tutorial.html

I'd like to encourage you trying to create this theme by yourself, you'll learn some new things and get a sense of pride and accomplishment :) Feel free to ask for help if you run into issues.

Also, I've noticed that you have created a couple of themes yourself for other platforms. Since you're probably experienced with them, why don't you try picking one of them up and port it to Saber? :smile:
