call for transilators #15

Need to update README in multi-languages. All the languages are welcome. Don't forget to star this repo. Please fill the Pull Request template. Download the README_template.zip file and edit the README.lang.md (lang means shorten form of your language Refer this site.) markdown file inside the README_template.zip

Add your edited md file inside the translations folder.

Edit the translations/Translations.md adding your language icon/link

[ ] Create a new branch called update-readme
[ ] Create a file called README.it.md in the translationsfolder
