Deployment issue with IPFS #14

Recently we've had some deployment issues with the IPFS file. We didn't manage to figure out why some CIDs aren't loaded by the IPFS gateways.

The task is to investigate why these files fail to load. In the meantime, the hash is updated manually on Cloudflare.

As mentioned here this was an Infura issue where they upgraded to a new version of IPFS and switched all keys using IPFS off.

We enabled it and are now providing a fallback token list endpoint using our vercel deployment.
