Update docs for V2.1 - Githubissues

Closes https://github.com/sablier-labs/v2-docs/issues/113 , https://github.com/sablier-labs/v2-docs/issues/114 and https://github.com/sablier-labs/v2-docs/issues/104

This PR:

updates the new contracts deployed
adds an Older Deployments section
adds a new page explaining the airstream concept
adds documentation for the new contracts in periphery SablierV2Batch, SablierV2MerkleStreamerLL and SablierV2MerkleStreamerFactory
adds a Batch Create Streams section in contracts/guides
completely remove anything related to the proxy architecture (contracts, diagrams and guides)
use release branch when referencing a git source
updates the core and periphery technical sections accordingly to the changelog (see images below)
removes a hidden page about flash loans

once i deploy the contracts and update the deployments page i will write a overview of the changes, does it work for you?

I noticed that you, @PaulRBerg, removed my older-deployments directory from this commit.

My intention was to completely hide the Older Deployments section from the sidebar, as we've discussed not to add any noise to the docs and the only way to access older deployments would be through the deployments page.
