This PR solved #92 by attaching the Snapshot strategies documentation to our own docs website.

I used links for the Sablier V1 strategies as they would appear after #1240 is merged

Question: could we just point the Snapshot strategy README to our docs?

It feels tiring and inefficient to have this content duplicated across two repos.
