Created contracts in vyper

Hey @Solexplorer this looks cool. I'm personally not familiar with Vyper, so I cannot validate the implementation, but I guess if tests pass everything should be okay.

I'm looking forward to merging this on a separate branch. Could we make the following amendments?

• [ ] Merge into feat/contracts-vyper instead of master
• [ ] Clone the contracts package and swap the contracts there so we can run the tests
• [ ] Use Conventional Commits for commit messages. This can be done by rebasing all the commits via git rebase -i YOUR_FIRST_COMMIT_HASH^ and then applying the reword command

If you find the last item too daunting, just leave it and I'll merge anyway. I personally like it very much and I love raising awareness about it.
