Add `Podman` provider #70

Support Podman provider See if it makes sense and if it has a Go API

It will be great to add support for pods, but implementing container support is enough for now

I believe someone forked the repo and actully made a work in progress podman provider. Will either get merged to beta before if the contributor opens a request, or it will be part of the new features with the project rewrite
