bug: after reset is called, backspace is displayed as ^H in xterm #13

interestingly, this happens only if bash is opened in xterm, not when using busybox ash

cannot reproduce with 0.2.0. however: when ssh'ing to a remote machine with bash linked to 0.1.1, the delete key does not work, it displays '~'. however with bash linked against 0.2.0, the delete key behaves normal. so apparently this issue was fixed through one of the upstream netbsd fixes merged between 0.1.1 and 0.2.0.
