Update README.md with link to french tutorial #1115

Hello there :wave:,

I have created a guide in French for the installation and use of Baïkal. It is my way to thank you for this great tool. I made it from the German guide, although it is not a translation because it is different.

PS : This is my first contribution in a GitHub project so please be merciful, I don't know if I'm doing it the right way :innocent:

Some things I noticed when reading the guide (with Google Translate)

The apache configuration delivers Baikal over both http and https. I think it would be better to redirect http->https
Copying the new files over the old ones on upgrade could leave old files that are no longer needed. The recommended way is to start with a new Baikal folder and copy over the config and Specific directories.
