Is it safe to upgrade from 0.6.1 to latest 0.9.2 ? #1136

Baikal version: 0.6.1

[ ] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates
[x] I have installed the release zip, not the source code zip
[x] I have moved the whole, untouched Specific and config folders to the new installation

Problem: Before I do the final step I want to ask, if it is really safe to upgrade from 0.6.1 to latest 0.9.2 ? Are the MySQL structures the same? And if not , will they be migrated automatically?

Data should be migrated automatically, but making a backup is always a good idea. Make sure to read the release notes of the 0.7.x versions: the config file format changed

Thanks. I read now the rel.notes but now I don't feel confident to make such an upgrade.

I can't really help you with doing an upgrade. Just make sure that you make a proper backup and try.
