Installer isssue - big letters in path are converted to small letter #1149

Dear developer Team, Today I started with the installation of baikal and got problems installing, and after that configuring baikal. The path on my webserver contains small and big letters... for example: http://test.com/Test/User/baikal After starting with http://test.com/Test/User/baikal/html the server tried to open http://test.com/**t**est/**u**ser/baikal/html -what fails- same if I try to save settings... Maybe that could corrected in next version Thanks alot

Fixed in #1150. Until this is released, you can set your base_uri in config/baikal.yaml to the path with capital letters.
