Update `composer` information #1160

[x] remove outdated author
[x] update package name

More todo:

[x] update homepage to https
[x] add php extension requirements
[x] update keywords
[x] update license

"keywords": ["Framework", "WebDAV", "CalDAV", "CardDAV", "iCalendar"],

I think "Framework" should be removed since it it a project.

- License "GPL-3.0" is a deprecated SPDX license identifier, use "GPL-3.0-only" or "GPL-3.0-or-later" instead

Not sure what is the right one: only or later?
