After Login and update to Debian Bookworm users cannot login any more

Baikal version: 0.9.3

Expected behavior: users can login

Current behavior: users cannot login any more after update from 0.1.9.1 to 0.1.9.3 and switch to bookworm the site admin can .. but users can not

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgraded on Linux to Bookworm
2. Accepted everything
3. apt listbugs was turned off

Result :

• I found myself turned from mpm_worker to mpm_prefork
• php 8.2.33
• and the landing site full of errors.

I needed to switch back to php 7.4.x to make it work again. I still must analyze what exactly happened here. But you should make it depending on php7.4 for sure
