I added 'default' => 'at_least_single_space' to specify a default for the binary_operator_spaces cs-fixer rule. The latest version of php-cs-fixer needs default to be specified. That gets CI to pass. No actual real code changes needed.

A newer version of friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
