Mention Cardbook addon for Thunderbird #831

I recently found addon Cardbook for Thunderbird. I have not done thorough testing, but it may be a better recommendation than SOGo Connector.

Cardbook was working for me, but it no longer seems to sync. Other tools (iPhone,eM Client and Firefox) seem to be working fine still.

In it's log it reports:

2016.09.18 20:26:59:339 : carelessproperty : Searching contacts ...
2016.09.18 20:26:59:507 : carelessproperty : Synchronization failed (step : serverSyncCards, url : https://dav.example.com/addressbooks/carelessproperty/default/, status : 401)
2016.09.18 20:27:00:355 : carelessproperty : Synchronization unpossible with the server.
2016.09.18 20:27:00:357 : All synchronizations finished

There isn't anything in https/error.log and in https/access.log I only see: "PROPFIND /addressbooks/carelessproperty/default/ HTTP/1.1" 200 1080 "-" "Thunderbird"

I'm certainly no expert, so it could just by my own incompetence.
