@staabm, do you have any issues with dropping PHP 5.4 for a 1.3 release?

Actually I have :-(. Can we postpone upgrading php to the next release?

Most of our servers are still on 5.4 and upgrading to 5.6 is planned for the Q1/Q2 2016
