Denon AV Receiver - IP Control

1. Feature Description

Add Multimedia Control to openHab controling Denon AV receivers.
Basically it should be possible to replace the remote by ip control.

2. Example Use Case

Switch receiver on / off, select source, change volume, etc.

I hope you will eventually cover also the Denon CEOL piccolo. I found its 
control protocol here:
