Automatic country codes not always right when dialing foreign numbers #46

The issue:

Another thing I have noticed if I dial a foreign number using the standard
dialler on my Samsung GS3 i9300 it will automatically fix the dialling code
depending on the country. For example; If I dial +17141110011 it will fix the
number to +1 (714) 757-0011. With Ready it dials the number as you input it and
adds a +27 which is the South African dialling code, so the call will not go
through.

Ready version (eg. build 14) - you can check the build version by swiping
right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen:

I live in Mexico. Whenever I dial a number, Ready automatically adds the
country code (52). If I'm dialing a mobile phone, the call goes through, but if
it's a local call to a regular phone, the call is rejected.
Samsung S4, Androd 4.4.2 slimkat.
