"+1" added after the call

Description: "+1" is added the last dialed/called number by default. This is 
not the case in all countries. SO when dialled from Ready, it gives in correct 
number or phone assumes it is international number.

Phone brand (eg. Samsung Galaxy S4): Samsung Note 2

Android SDK (eg. 4.4.2): 4.4.2

Ready version (eg. build 14) - you can check the build version by swiping
right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen: Build number 15
