Tap on "Email" button causes error if Gmail is deactivated #78

Description:
I'm not using GMAIL app (it is deactivated). but BlueMail. When tapping on a 
"Mail" Card (In the history) I'm getting an error message. Only when Gmail is 
activated it works. I also tried it with the app called Mailbox. Same issue 
like with Blue Mail.

Phone brand (eg. Samsung Galaxy S4):

Android SDK (eg. 4.4.2):

Ready version (eg. build 14) - you can check the build version by swiping
right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen:
