'mete' is one extremely odd one where it starts with a vowel sound: levelThreeNEW/mete.mp3
Another different example is 'superintendent' ( levelThreeNEW/superintendent.mp3 ), where it seems to maybe be saying 'a superintendent'.
This is a relatively common issue, especially with the beginning of words, but I realize redoing word audio may be difficult.
One useful step might be to include the word details text in this codebase. This could allow new word audio to more easily be substituted or perhaps even dynamically generated.
Also: #11, #18, #19, #24
Now mentioned in the README as of 340c2c47d342f24a776acd71cc0c7ebb6bd2f328
