Propose teaching format to Viessmann, below our thoughts:

Phase 1 (before launch in Turkey)

    1. On-boarding by reading (General product presentation, tado° academy, FAQs on tado° website)
    2. Webinar training session with tado° PCTS

Phase 2 (after launch in Turkey)

  1. Ticket system for customer requests that can't be answered
