SQL "view" mapping and graph transformations #50

allow the user to specify any SQL query or join to define a "view" that
performs a 1:1 or many:many mapping.  Suggested by Jenny Qian.

Hi Jenny,
could you please verify the fix to this bug that you reported, and then change 
its
status to Closed.  We are now requiring that each fix be verified by someone 
other
than the developer who made the fix.

Thank you Chris for the MapView, GraphViewEdgeDict and the GraphView class.  
These
classes simplify the client code when handling multi-table join :)
