Overall: similar to todo list: greying out, check box + animation,

Monthly goals section:

capped at 5 goals to be made
can be edited 2 times at most
review at the end of each month
- number of times goal has been modified
- send to email

Yearly goals section:

capped at 3 goals to be made
can be edited 5 times at most
review at the end of each month
- pop up of did you accomplish your goals this year, write about some reflection
- send to email
