Some documentation suggestions:

• Note that if you have an Android phone, you done need the Genymotion emulator and it will probably be faster for preliminary testing? I mention this, given I could get a single Android Virtual Device working on my Linux machine without it crashing.

• Note that Genymotion does allow free personal use if you download a trial version.

• Note that when you first build the app, all you should see is a dark blue screen? I expected text and thus was a bit confused if anything was actually working.

Once again, if you show me where I should be submitting these suggestions, I'll make a pull request! What you've done here is amazing and I understand that maintaining documentation can be painful.
