URL to Environment Variables should be updated #490

V. 03.24.246.00 64bit for Windows, portable. Go to Options -> General tab. Click on "Environment Variables". image

EXPECTED RESULT: URL https://github.com/sabrogden/Ditto/wiki/Environment-Variables is opened. ACTUAL RESULT: URL https://sourceforge.net/p/ditto-cp/wiki/EnvironmentVariables/ is opened (with pages is moved information).
