Ditto is an extension to the Windows Clipboard. You copy something to the Clipboard and Ditto takes what you copied and stores it in a database to retrieve at a later time.
Hi there! I've been using Ditto for years now and i love it.
However I've been having issues with Ditto and OneNote lately, and i believe it started with the latest update of Microsoft 365 x64, my OS is Win11 Pro x64.
I always had enabled all the supported types, adding all the current and primary types to Ditto settings, but OneNote started crashing when Ditto was enabled (closing Ditto fixes the issue) and i tried disabling one by one but i gave up because sometimes it seems disabling one supported type fixed it, but later it crashes again.
So i disabled them all and noticed that after i disabled them all the issue was gone and i could copy/paste without OneNote crashing.
I also noticed the supported types were being added automatically, after i disabled them (the list is shorter of course), and because of this OneNote can work without crashing for a while, but eventually it crashes again later on...
Here are the supported types Ditto adds after i had deleted them all, and they don't seem to crash OneNote:
CF_DIB
CF_HDROP
CF_TEXT
CF_UNICODETEXT
HTML Format
Rich Text Format
Is this an issue with Ditto that someone can help fixing?
Or can someone help on how to find the supported type that keeps crashing OneNote and can i disable it definitely until a fix is released?
Thanks!
