Reproduction Steps
Have a train somewhere with no cargo.
move the map to somewhere with a dense amount of towns and businesses, near train tracks.
(used in example: The area around Hollywood)
zoom in enough to ungroup the locations
Ensure all boxes are Enabled in filters.
Drag the train from vehicle list.
Observe that many location icons disappeared.
Switching between dragging and not dragging, Observe that the Blue (town) icons that disappear are those that have no train station (regardless of built / not-built)
--- This point of fact is often used to tell players how to easily find towns to complete to place train-accessible industries in.
Again switching between dragging and not dragging the train, observe that many Business icons do NOT disappear.
Inspect any business icon that does not disappear, and observe that they do NOT have train access.
--- Businesses cannot be granted train access after completion, so it can also be observed simply that any Business that does not disappear, and does not have the purple-glow of currently train-accessible, should have disappeared while dragging train.
Expected Behaviour (optional)
Businesses that are not train-accessible should not be shown while dragging an empty train.
