Click Depot flag in vehicle list to open that depot #16

Summary

I'd like to be able to click on a depot flag in the vehicle list and it open the relevant depot for quick access

Use case

Players looking to buy more vehicles from a depot when they're not very near it in the map.

Detailed Description

Player would click the country flag for a truck in the truck list, and it would open the Depot window for the depot that truck was purchased from. Player could then see their truck limit for the depot, and buy more, etc.

Additional use-case: This would make it easier to "click the depot again" when wanting to buy add-ons for a vehicle that's IN the depot. Better than zooming way in, or clicking the destination link in truck list.
