Summary

Make load/unload ocean floaties work on multi-selected trucks

Detailed Description

Currently, the Load and Unload do not work on every truck in a multi-selected group, it only applies to the actively selected truck in that group. This is counterintuitive and can lead to frustration.

for consideration - what to do if there are multiple trucks selected, but some are Loaded and some are Unloaded?

Probably best bet is to toggle them all to the same state as what was just selected for the "Actively selected' truck.
