Add filter to the filter list that shows only broken road segments. (red dashes)
Use case
"completionist" players trying to find those few roads that they haven't built, especially in a large country.
Detailed Description
I am a bit of a completionist player. Currently, I'm trying to find the last 8 roads that I haven't built in Germany - but the zoom level required to show every type of road makes Germany rather difficult to scan for them. Add to this the red dots everywhere even with everything BUT "road fixes" filter turned on, sometimes those red dashes are hard to see even when they are on screen.
Adding a filter to the Transport section of the filter list that toggles the visibility of Broken roads (so that we could turn off constructed roads and show only broken ones if that filter is still On, and it would be on by default) would help make them stand out more.
Additionally, either this proposed filter or perhaps another one, should allow hiding the red dots so they are not visually merging with a red broken road.
