Make the subgroups in the Filter list collapsible so that the list does not have to be scrolled.

Detailed Description
The subgroup types, (Transport, Roads, Places, Businesses), should be Collapsible with an additional icon on the left side (typically a chevron or triangle that turns to indicate whether its collapsed). The checkbox on the parent of the subgroup should still be selectable when collapsed.
For example, I personally never care about individual types of businesses when filtering - I always turn them all on or all off. I would therefore like to Collapse the Business subgroup to just "Businesses" and still be able to check/uncheck the Businesses checkbox.
