The entire region of Florencia in Colombia, is inaccessible. Rail does not extend there, and the roads aren't linked up. The area circled in this image shows several potential locations when mousing around, including a second town named Florencia (there is another in Colombia to the west), a town named Curillo...
This is probably related to #87 which I have also seen cropping up in other places other than Chile. i.e., a remnant of when rails used to be there but were removed or converted to roads, and do not connect to the main road network.
