Update jax-unirep dependency version #219

Currently it doesn't work with jax-unirep versions above 1.0.3 because load_params_1900 was removed from jax_unirep.utils in this commit https://github.com/ElArkk/jax-unirep/commit/3ba7166ad3015deb88bd51cc53bc6013052415bd
