user roles:

admin (give/take right to post experiments; give/take right to be an admin)
user (post/not post experiments; no other rights)

only visible if the user is logged in.

other changes:

rework worker setups: first the migration worker runs, then the seeding worker, then the rest of them are started up.
migrating db: add users table column 'isAdmin'
table: settings: add entry 'app_version'->'1', 'seeding_version'->'1' (for future migrations and seedings)
seeding admin users: klaus, christian, and chris tan
