I think that the big color difference between P12004E1 and P12004E10 depends rather on the length of the string, rather than the number appended to the end.

It might be worth trying to pad the numbers to 3 (or to be super future aware 4) positions: P12004E1 --> P12004E001, P12004E10 --> P12004E010
