Allow secure File upload #188

  1. File field > add checkbox from secure folder to form builder
  2. This will create a new folder inside a "SecureFiles" folder (on the same level as the current "Files" folder) if no custom folder is defined.
  3. Permission are copied from the parent folder when the folder is created when en OC template is initialized.

Implemented in 05.00.04
