Builder v2 Manage User Issues #204

While creating a Mange User template in Open Content 05.00.04, I ran into the following issues:

"email" field does not exist any more. "password" field does not exist any more. "phone" field does not exist any more. "image" or "imagebrowser" does not work in combination with an Image profile field as the first injects a path, the other an object, while this should be an id.

FYI, these were Alpaca fields, OC inherited
