Update Alpaca #239

There are security vulnerabilities with Handlebars version below version 4.0.0. Alpaca 1.5.8 depends on Handlebars 1.3.0. Update to a version of Alpaca that depend on Handlebars >=4.0.0 (1.5.16 minimum, but it would be best to update to the current version).

I didn't realize the V2 builder doesn't use AlpacaJS anymore. This should solve the problem.
